If cancellation/change is not possible

Due to system reasons, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please note that we will not be able to respond even if you contact us. Additionally, in the following cases, due to system reasons, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

・After placing your order, payment cannot be confirmed within the payment deadline.
・You have selected a payment method that is not available during payment review.
・Insufficient required information for delivery address

*Due to the system, if there are items in the shopping cart, the inventory is not guaranteed. Please proceed with the purchase procedure and the stock will be secured once your order is confirmed.

In case of out of stock

Our store shares inventory with affiliated stores and sells them.
Therefore, if there is a rush of orders for the same product, the item may be out of stock even if it is displayed as being in stock at the time you place your order.
Please note that if the ordered item is not available, we will contact you via email and proceed with the cancellation procedure at our discretion.

Regarding cancellations due to long-term absence, etc.

The storage period at our office is 14 days from the first day the delivery company picks up the package.
If the deadline has passed, the package will be returned to our store.
Once the product is returned, we will process the cancellation of your order.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges due to long-term absence, unknown shipping address, or refusal to receive the item.Please note that the customer will be billed for the cost after the item arrives.

About the cooling-off system

"Cooling-off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
A cooling-off period is not required for mail order sales.
Since this online shopping service is a mail order service that is accessed by customers, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please note.
