How to return the product <br>We will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to product defects, so please send the product by cash on delivery.

About refund methods

Returns and cancellations due to our store will be handled as follows.

For credit card payment

Once we have confirmed that the returned product has arrived, we will process the cancellation of your request.
Due to the credit card company's closing date, etc., the amount may be debited once, but please note that the credit card company will refund the amount or deduct it from the amount used the following month or the month after next.

When using a coupon

Regarding the use of coupons, the discount will be at our store's expense, so there will be no refund for the amount used.
In the case of a refund, the discount amount due to the use of the coupon will be deducted from the product price.
If the coupon you are using is within its expiry date, you can use it again after canceling, but please note that if it is a limited coupon, it may not be possible to reuse it.
